Felicity Kidd
Felicity graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1974, and then gained a Diploma in Accident and Emergency Nursing, working in NZ and UK hospitals. During her O.E. experience she saw other approaches to healing which opened her interest in things metaphysical and complementary to orthodox medicine.
While continuing to nurse in general practice and at St Joseph's Mercy Hospice, Felicity has raised 2 children and found time to study other modalities. These include aromatherapy, massage, Pranic healing and a certificate in Celebrant Studies. It was discovering Reiki - such a profound and deeply quiet healing energy - that resonated so much with her. Felicity finds it an absolute priviledge to be able to offer Reiki to assist those currently going through their own healing journeys.
Felicity has a deep interest and love in nature, architecture, music, interior design and debates in all things spiritual and philosophical.

Meg Logan - Aromatherapist
Meg's passions for aromatherapy and holistic healing health began 20 years ago during her first visit to New Zealand while living in Auckland and raising her two children. The application of traditionally grown and prepared oils has been part of her practice working in Europe, Mauritius (her native Country) and New Zealand. Treatment encourages the body to maintain natural balance using the gentle and graceful techniques of body meditation, yoga breathing and aromatherapy massage.
She has worked as a therapist, consultant and trainer with health spa developers in England and Mauritius, in Canterbury, Central Otago and Taupo. She has enjoyed working with the Merivale Physiotherapy Clinic in Christchurch, and has a diploma in applied psychology. She has been a member of the International Council of Holistic therapist (UK) since 2000. Meg has recently relocated to Auckland after assisting in palliative care fot the CDHB for the past year, and continues to be inspired by the work of individuals and groups who bridge together the best traditions in health. Her daughter is on a post graduate course in speech and language therapy in Auckland, and her son, who is a graduate installation artist, is currently working in Christchurch. Family joys, walking, writing, nutrition, yoga, the arts and an impish little cat get her attention outside of work!
Linda Davidson - Psychologist
Linda has the best of two worlds - having her roots and family in Canada but for the past nine years residing in beautiful New Zealand. Her only sadness, like so many Kiwi parents is having her wonderful sons so far away. She includes travelling as one of her many passions so she is often abroad catching up with friends and family.
We were pleased to welcome Linda as a volunteer, coming to us with a background training in physiotherapy and occupational therapy combined with her graduate degree in Counselling Psychology. She spends her Tuesdays at dove house with the Orchid Group; conducts ongoing life-skills workshops; provides personal counselling for patients and their families and is willing to respond to numerous other tasks that we have no difficulty finding for her.
Patients and staff respond readily to Linda's warm and caring nature while Linda's response is that she feels priviledged and humbled sharing with the patients and being a part of Eastern Bays Hospice.
