AS A VOLUNTEER . . . Sometimes things just fall into place !
That is the way it was for me when I took the opportunity to work as a volunteer for dove house.
As a full time paid worker and a wife and mother to three great-grandchildren, I had always been very busy with days mapped out ahead of me for weeks on end.
Our family's story
I have been a volunteer at EBH for many years, and as such, I am particularly cognizant of the mission and work of dove house.
Recently, a close member of my family became a patient at dove house – something I was totally unprepared for.
