Programme
Tuesdays 11.30 to 12.30
with Meg Logan and Madelene Moon
The aim of these classes is to give you experience of a variety of meditative practices that can be used to give clarity and bring awareness and a sense of quietness and peace into your lives. Most of the classes will be based on Essene Techniques.
Each of the classes will have a formal discussion with meditations to demonstrate and practice the principles being taught.
Although there will be a series around a specific type or aspect of meditation which can be stand alone, it is recommended that you attend the first 3 classes to gain a foundation from which to build your meditation practice.
