Therapeutic breathing and body therapies work together by sending sensory signals to the body and mind. This process unwinds some of the pressures, compressions and concerns that have built up as a result of illness or that are compounded with stress.

At any stage of the convalescence process the body and mind can benefit from slowing down, so that new responses can be found. Oxygen intake is affected during prolonged stress and therapeutic breathing helps to physically nourish the body safely.Guided breathing techniques minimise internal confusion, exhaustion and depletion.

At the same time, receiving tension relief with gentle massage techniques over the back, feet, hands or head and shoulders helps to loosen layers of tight tissue. The use of organic oils and plant extracts not only soothes and makes the tension release a lot more effective, it also lifts our spirit and helps with breathing efficiently.

Our therapeutic environment is created to ensure each person's situation is carefully considered before the best combination and sequence of body therapy is applied to make a difference and promote healing.
